Chanelle Munroe is the world’s first professional female Métis magician. Known as the “Mystical Trickster of Magic,” Munroe has become a sought-after entertainer and a powerful voice for Indigenous communities by using magic for education, empowerment, and social change. Hailing from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Munroe is a seasoned entertainer with more than just tricks up her sleeve. She is a traditional jingle dress dancer and is trained in hula-hooping, fire spinning, pole dancing, and singing, which she often incorporates into her thought-provoking performances.
Deeply rooted in her Métis and Cree heritage, Munroe’s performances blend illusion with storytelling, humour, and cultural teachings.
